Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our beauty services! To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review our booking requirements below: 💳 Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. 👥 Client Age Policy Clients must be 16 years or older for most services. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and sign a consent form. 🕒 Appointment Confirmation Once your booking and deposit are received, you will receive a confirmation email or message. Please double-check the time, date, and service listed. ❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require full prepayment for future bookings. 🩺 Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell, have an active skin infection, cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are visible signs of contagious conditions for the safety of other clients and staff. Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. 💳 Payment Terms Final payment is due immediately after your service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). Gratuities are not required but are always appreciated. 👰 Group & Bridal Bookings Bridal and group bookings (3 or more people) require a consultatiom and 50% deposit to secure the date. Final headcount and payment are due 14 days before the event. Travel fees may apply for off-site or destination services and will be discussed during the consultation. 📞 Communication All appointments, cancellations, and changes must be made via our official booking system, phone, or email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
